Class Schedule


Group classes at Terra Vita Studio (Watou) will take place with a minimum of 2 participants.

Classes are conducted in English and are suited to all levels - I offer modifications for better suit your practice.

To ensure a smooth start, kindly arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class to settle in.

Yoga mats, props, and blankets are readily available for classes held in Watou. 

You can choose a SINGLE CLASS, get a YOGA PASS, or opt for a MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP.

  • 10-Class Yoga Pass

    Enjoy flexibility and consistency with 10 yoga classes of your choice. Join the sessions that suit you and deepen your practice at your own pace.

yoga classes for sport poperinge

I also offer yoga classes in collaboration with Poperinge Sport Services at OC de Bollard in Watou.

Tuesday, 20:00 – Hatha Yoga (active practice)

Wednesday, 19:00 & 20:15 – Yin Yoga (gentle and passive practice)

Important: Bring Your Own Mat & Props
Participants must bring their own yoga mat and any necessary props (such as blocks, straps, or blankets). These are not provided on-site.

How to Join?
These classes are organised by Poperinge Sport Services. If you would like to participate, please contact them directly for registration and details.
