Through breath and awareness, transformation is gentle, with small steps that bring more balance, clarity and ease.

Bárbara’s path began as a personal search for balance and
well-being. In time, it became a wish to share.
Through Suhrida, she offers a gentle space to pause and reconnect.
Here, you can take small steps toward balance, clarity, and transformation.
Bárbara has completed different trainings that enrich her practice and the way she guides others. She continues her own journey of practice and learning, guiding with care and simplicity, so you feel supported as you find more harmony in daily life.
Yoga is a way of living with awareness and care.
Its practices of movement, breath and reflection support balance in body and mind.
For me, yoga is a remembering that through it, peace and strength grow, kindness and compassion naturally flow into daily life.
It is a practice that gently supports us
in living more fully.

Wherever you are, you are invited to pause.
Taking time to sit quietly isn’t always easy in a busy day,
yet even a few breaths can create space to turn inward.
These sessions offer a gentle moment to slow down,
to reconnect with yourself, and to simply be.
YOGA
PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION
In pranayama, you begin by slowing down and noticing your breath. At first, this can feel unusual or even challenging,
but with gentle practice the breath becomes steadier
and the mind begins to settle.
From here, meditation is the practice of sitting with awareness, offering space to observe, connect, and be more present each day.
HATHA YOGA
In Hatha yoga, you are invited to explore body, breath, and mind. Postures and breathing exercises are practised at your own pace, helping you build balance, strength, and clarity.
It supports you in feeling more present
and in discovering yourself both on the mat and in daily life.
YIN YOGA
In Yin yoga, you are guided toward stillness and ease.
In today’s busy world, this can feel challenging at times,
yet with support and time in each posture, your body and mind
can gently soften. It offers you space to feel calm, present, and connected.

You may have heard the saying we are all energy.
In yoga, this is described as prana, the life energy that moves through body, heart and mind. When this flow is clear, we feel balanced, alive and at ease.
Energy work is a gentle practice that supports this flow,
offering space to reconnect with yourself and your own natural capacity for healing.
After a session, you may notice feeling calm, more balanced, and at ease in daily life.
