Movement, breath and awareness are brought together, allowing space for balance and ease to be felt.
With time, small shifts may take place, as clarity and presence become more familiar.

Bárbara’s path began as a personal search for balance and well-being.
In time, it grew into a wish to share.
Through Suhrida, she offers a gentle space to pause and reconnect.
A place where small steps are possible, with attention and simplicity.
Bárbara has completed various trainings that continue to deepen her practice. She remains committed to her own journey of learning and practice, guiding with care and simplicity, and with attention to how presence takes shape in everyday life.

IN-PERSON YOGA
Each practice at Suhrida offers a quiet space to be present, guided by awareness rather than effort. Body and breath are given time to settle, as they naturally do.
PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION
In pranayama, attention is brought to the breath. This simple act of noticing can feel unfamiliar, especially in the pace of daily life. With regular practice, the breath may become more even and the attention more steady.
From here, meditation is the practice of sitting with awareness. What is present is noticed as it is, without the need to change or improve it. This quality of attention can quietly inform how we meet everyday moments.
ACTIVE PRACTICE
In this practice, body, breath, and mind are explored through attentive movement. Postures and breathing exercises are approached at your own pace, with care and clarity.
The focus is on sensing and observing, allowing presence to be felt during the practice and beyond the mat.
PASSIVE PRACTICE
In this practice, movement slows down and becomes more spacious. The body is invited to soften while awareness remains clear and attentive.
In a busy world, this quieter approach may feel unfamiliar at first. With time and simple attention, the body and breath are allowed to respond in their own way.
Like all practices, it supports presence during the practice, letting this quality continue naturally.
You may join each group class with a single class or a class pass.

PRIVATE YOGA CLASS
A private session offers space to move at your own pace
and receive guidance shaped around you.
A free introductory conversation of around 30 minutes is included, offering space to explore your needs before we begin.

You may have heard the saying we are all energy.
In yoga, this is described as prana, the life energy that moves through body, heart and mind. A clearer flow is often experienced as a sense of balance and ease.
Energy work is a gentle practice that supports this flow,
offering space to reconnect with yourself and your own natural capacity for self-regulation.
After a session, you may notice a sense of calm or ease in daily life.
