7. Practice space, group classes, and equipment
Group classes at Terra Vita Studio (Watou)
Group classes take place at Terra Vita Studio in Watou, a space used by Suhrida for its classes, and require a minimum of two participants.
Classes are guided in English and are open to all.
The practice is not about performance, but about presence, an invitation to move with awareness, to listen, and to meet yourself as you are.
Variations are always offered so the practice can adapt naturally to each participant.
Participants are kindly asked to arrive around ten minutes before class to settle in quietly and support a calm shared space.
Practice space and equipment
Yoga mats, props, and blankets are available at the studio.
Participants are asked to:
- use equipment with care
- maintain basic hygiene
- wear clean, comfortable clothing
- leave footwear outside the practice room
Any damage caused intentionally or through improper use may be charged.
8. Holidays and schedule changes
Suhrida may close during public holidays or holiday periods. Closures are communicated in advance via the website or social media and are already considered in pricing.

If a class or session must be cancelled unexpectedly (for example due to illness), a suitable alternative or rescheduled moment will be offered where possible.
9. Pregnancy and illness
Yoga practice during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester, is a personal choice and remains the responsibility of the participant. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before attending classes.
In case of serious illness (minimum one month), class passes or memberships may be extended upon presentation of a valid doctor’s certificate.
If participation is stopped due to pregnancy, a notice period of one month applies.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled with care and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Studio Terms
These Studio Terms may be updated from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on the Suhrida website.
