Back to the Breath

A journey to (re)learn the art of breathing.

Saturday, September 13 & 27 and Saturday, October 11 & 25

09:00 at Terra Vita Studio, Watou

Do you sometimes feel tired even after rest, tense without knowing why, or unable to fully slow down?
Often, the way we breathe lies at the heart of these feelings.

In today’s world, many of us breathe quickly and shallowly. Long hours at desks, time on screens and busy minds restrict the natural flow of breath. This not only feeds stress and anxiety but also affects posture, sleep and our ability to feel present.

In Yoga, the breath (prana) is life force, the bridge between body, mind and spirit. To return to the breath is to return to balance, clarity and steadiness.

Back to the Breath is a four part Saturday morning series that offers simple and traditional practices to restore the natural breath. Each session builds on the last, guiding you step by step towards more calm, vitality and presence in daily life. We will begin by remembering the natural breath, then open space for fuller breathing, learn how to balance the currents of energy, and finally explore how to carry breath awareness into daily life.

What you will experience

You will be guided through gentle movements that release tension and support natural posture.
You will learn yogic breathing practices that cultivate calm and balance.
