As we shift from the late summer’s warmth and activity to the reflective and cooling qualities of autumn, it is an ideal time to focus on personal renewal, introspection, and preparation for the more serene and transformative months ahead. Autumn is also a crucial phase of preparing for winter, a time to build inner strength and resilience. This period, associated with the Metal element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, symbolizes letting go, clarity, and fortifying our foundations.

This workshop is thoughtfully designed to offer you practical tools and practices that support your well-being and deepen your connection with the autumn season. Through a blend of Yin Yoga, Trataka, Yoga Nidra, and journaling, you will explore the significance of autumn and the Metal element in nurturing balance and embracing transformation.
What You Will Experience

Yin Yoga Practice: Engage in calming, grounding poses that align with the Metal element, focusing on the lungs and large intestine. These gentle, extended holds will help you release accumulated tension, enhance flexibility, and cultivate inner peace.

Candle Gazing (Trataka): Experience the centering and clarifying effects of candle gazing, a practice that symbolizes the Metal element’s qualities of reflection and purity. This technique will help you focus the mind and find clarity as you embrace the season of letting go.
