Friday, August 01 & Saturday, August 23
This summer, you're invited to join a series of outdoor yoga sessions in the peaceful setting of Brennepark, Watou. Surrounded by greenery, we’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and take time to simply be.
These sessions are open to all – whether you’re new to yoga or already familiar with the practice. Each class offers a calm and nurturing approach, held with care and presence.
Fridays offer an active yet gentle morning practice – a soft way to energise and prepare for the day ahead.
Saturdays offer a passive and grounding afternoon practice, inviting deep rest and relaxation as the week slows down.

Kids Yoga @Ijzerfun
Friday, July 18
Roesbrugge
An easygoing yoga afternoon where children can move, breathe, and enjoy being in their bodies. Through simple postures, playful moments, and quiet pauses, we explore a balance between activity and rest.
For the third time, Suhrida brings this gentle and joyful practice to IJzerfun — a space to support body awareness, focus, and confidence in a natural and fun way.
No experience needed — just curiosity and comfortable clothes.
(Grand)parents are welcome to join and share the experience, or simply be present.
