Reiki-infused Yin Yoga, 2nd edition
Saturday, January 26, 2026
09:00 - 11:00
Botanicum Yoga Ypers
As we settle into the quiet embrace of winter, I warmly invite you to join me for the second edition of my Reiki-infused Yin Yoga workshop. This practice will gently guide you into a deeper connection with the water element and the peaceful energy of the season.

Winter invites us to slow down, reflect, and nourish ourselves. In this workshop, we’ll begin with a Reiki-infused Yin Yoga practice, where we will hold gentle, passive postures that encourage relaxation and release. As you rest in each pose, the Reiki energy will support you, creating space for healing and balance. To enhance the experience, I will introduce the calming influence of aromatherapy with essential oils, deepening the sense of tranquillity.
After the Yin practice, we will take a brief mindful pause, allowing the body to absorb the benefits of the practice, before moving into a gentle pranayama practice to bring clarity and peace to your mind. Finally, we will close with a guided meditation, creating a soft and serene space for deep relaxation.

This workshop offers a peaceful opportunity to reconnect with yourself, embrace the stillness of winter, and nurture your body and soul through the calming practices of Yin Yoga and Reiki.
