Content and Scope of Agreement
1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Suhrida and to every distance contract concluded between the Customer and Suhrida via the website www.suhrida.be, related websites where products and services of Suhrida can be purchased and/or reserved, or by phone (hereinafter referred to as "distance selling"). This agreement may consist of the purchase of products and/or the reservation of services.
1.2. These general terms and conditions take precedence over any general purchasing conditions of the Customer, the application of which is explicitly excluded.
1.3. The Customer can become aware of the general terms and conditions by clicking on the link on the website www.suhrida.be. These general terms and conditions are made available on a durable medium (PDF), which can be saved and/or printed unchanged by the Customer so that they can be easily consulted by the Customer afterwards. During the purchase process, the Customer is explicitly asked to acknowledge that they have read and unreservedly accepted the general terms and conditions. They do this by checking the designated box.
1.4. In the case of distance selling by phone, all these general terms and conditions are sent as a link in the confirmation email.

2.3. Suhrida is not responsible for the safe keeping of your belongings.
2.4. Lost and found items will be kept for two weeks and then donated to a charity.

Class Passes, Services and Payment
3.1. The Customer purchases a class pass allowing participation in the Yoga classes. A class pass is valid for 3 months. The Customer receives a reminder email 1 month and 2 weeks before the class pass expires. There is no possibility of extending the class pass except upon presentation of a doctor's note.
3.2. A class pass from Suhrida is strictly personal and non-transferable.
3.3. Prior booking via vev.co is required to attend a yoga group class. If the class is full and not booked, participation in the class is not possible.
3.4. Lesson fees (drop-in classes, class passes) are non-refundable and expire at the end of the lesson period. This also includes gift cards.
3.5. Passes and gift cards must be activated within 6 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Rules
4.1. Up to 4 hours before the class starts, you can cancel the class free of charge. You can use your credit for another class during that week or at a later time (depending on the type of subscription you have). This does not apply to workshops, courses, and events. Deposits and payments for workshops, courses, and events are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you cannot attend, you can send someone in your place.
4.2. For cancellations of Energy Healing Services within 24 hours, 50% of the amount will be charged. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method. Up to 24 hours in advance, you can manage your appointment via the booking system: reschedule or cancel.
4.3. Cancellations can only be made via the reservation system, using the links provided in the confirmation emails. A cancellation is only valid when confirmed by Suhrida via email.
4.4. Not showing up or arriving late for a made reservation (no-show) is always considered as a late cancellation and irrevocably gives Suhrida the right to apply the cancellation rules and collect the costs.
4.5. The cancellation rules are always applied. The Customer cannot claim force majeure (accident, bad weather, impediment, etc.) under any circumstances.

Studio Equipment and Attire
5.1. All necessary equipment for practicing Yoga classes is available at Suhrida. The Customer can utilise yoga blocks, straps, blankets, and other essential items provided on-site. It is important to maintain the cleanliness (hygienic standards) of the equipment after use. Any damage caused to the equipment by the Customer must be compensated to Suhrida.
5.2. Wear clean clothes during classes that allow easy movement.
5.3. To maintain the practice environment, footwear is not permitted inside the practice room during sessions.
-
Public Holidays, Vacations, and Lesson Cancellations
6.1. On certain public holidays or vacation periods throughout the year, Suhrida remains closed. This will be communicated in advance via social media and the website. The closure has already been considered concerning the number of lesson weeks based on the class pass.
6.2. In the event of an unexpected cancellation of a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or accident of the teacher/practitioner), the lesson will be rescheduled to a later time, and the Customer can follow it then. This rescheduled time will be determined by Suhrida and is not subject to dispute.
-
Pregnancy or Illness
7.1. In case of illness, the period of subscription or class pass can be extended. Extending the period is only possible if the Customer is severely ill (minimum 1 month) and can provide a doctor's certificate in a timely manner by emailing it to Suhrida at info@suhrida.be.
7.2. Practicing yoga is discouraged in the first three months of pregnancy. If the Customer still wishes to attend the classes during this period, it is entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
7.3. If the Customer wishes to discontinue classes due to pregnancy, a notice period of one month applies.

Changes in Schedule and Prices
8.1. Suhrida reserves the right to adjust its prices. Changes in prices will be communicated in a timely manner via the newsletter, website, and social media.
8.2. Suhrida reserves the right to modify the class schedule concerning time, program, and location. Any changes will always be communicated in advance to all Customers.
